Cancellation and Refund Policy

Thank you for your business.

If you are a Diagnostic Center or Healthcare Provider please note that Svasthiya works with you on a post-payment or simultaneous payment basis with you and as such this policy does not apply to you. Please refer to our services agreement with you.

If you are a patient, this policy is applicable only for subscription plans and purchases made directly from Svasthiya. For any matters related to payments made directly to any Diagnostic Center or Healthcare Provider, including for cancellations and/or refunds, please contact the respective Diagnostic Center or Healthcare Provider.

Given the digital downloadable nature of our product and virtual nature of our services, our refund policy is as follows:-

For products and services that are valid for 1 week or less from the date of the purchase are not eligible for a cancellation or refund.

For example, if a product (P1) has a validity of 7 months and was purchased on 1st June and a refund has been requested on 2nd June (within 1 day after purchase), then the refund amount is 95% of the product cost.

Please note that the refund process may entail cancellations and cancellations may result in deletion of records and/or withdrawal of credentials, with or without further notice.
